Revesby South Public School

Yesterday our wonderful Year 5 students had a fun day at Picnic Point HS as a taster to High School. They were treated to a traditional Māori song and dance to begin, before Mr Harding spoke to them about High School life. In small groups students rotated around to try a variety of subjects including completing cool science experiments, making boats and learning about fish in Marine Studies, Maths Geography, TAS, PE and Music where we released our inner rock gods! All students were very well behaved and participated with enthusiasm in each and every lesson.

As Bruce Springsteen often roared, 'We were born to run!" - the same could be said for the 13 East Hills PSSA representatives from RSPS who competed at the Sydney South West Regional Cross Country Championships. Well done to Thatcher (3rd), Oscar (4th) and Emily (6th) who placed and will go on to the NSW PSSA Championships.

Wishing all our RSPS students the very best of luck as they compete tomorrow at the SSW Regional Cross Country.

A massive congratulations to our Junior Boys Touch Football team who took on the undefeated Picnic Point in today’s Grand Final!

After an incredibly hard-fought and exciting match, the game finished in a 3–3 draw, with both teams crowned Joint Premiers! 🏆👏

The boys showed tremendous determination, teamwork and resilience throughout the game and represented our school with outstanding sportsmanship and pride.

An excellent effort from all players on a fantastic season — we are extremely proud of you boys! 🖤💛
