A sound bath is a deeply relaxing experience where you’re “bathed” in soothing sound vibrations from instruments like crystal singing bowls, gongs, and chimes. You simply lie (or sit) back, close your eyes, and allow the calming frequencies to wash over you—helping to release stress, balance your energy, and bring your body and mind into a state of harmony. It’s like a massage for your nervous system—gentle, nurturing, and incredibly grounding. Perfect for anyone seeking rest, reset, and a return to inner peace. 💫🧘‍♀️💗

Our upcoming Sound Bath is June 22nd 6.30pm The Beat Music Academy in Seven Hills.

A time for calm, grounding and still reflection in the company of connected and like-minded people. A sound bath is the opportunity to unplug from external stimuli and to gain perspective on what's going on within you. The goal of the experience is to invite deep rest and relaxation, and explore self-inquiry and self-discovery.

As part of our event we will also have: sound healing meditation snacks tea Essential oils All in a calming and special space. Come and join us for this event. Release what you need to and relax as we create a grounded space.

All you need to bring is a yoga mat and or any pillows and blankets.

In term 2 we will be opening up our academic tutoring sessions for students K-4, k-1 and 2-3 in English and math and year 4 with a focus on English.

Our classes support students within a structured, engaged environment to build excellence within Maths and English.
