✨🧚‍♀️ International Fairy Day at Ekidna kept the enchantment blooming in our fairy garden. Tiny wings, sparkling imaginations, and a sprinkle of magic turned an ordinary day into something truly magical. 🌿🌸✨

The Grevillea children used colour water, and suction cup construction materials to investigate how things connect, move, and change. As they experimented with transferring coloured water and creating unique structures, they observed cause-and-effect relationships, tested ideas, and problem-solved together.

What a stunning day for the Managment team to showcase our beautiful beaches to Jenni, Director of our sister centre

It was wonderful to come together to reflect on current practices, explore ways to enhance learning environments, discuss regulatory updates, and share insights on the evolving early childhood sector.

The Banksias are turning into little Picassos as they explore the letter P this week. Through easel painting, the children are strengthening their fine motor skills, developing hand-eye coordination, expressing their creativity, and expanding their vocabulary as they discuss colours, pictures, and painting techniques. This hands-on experience also encourages letter recognition as they make meaningful connections between P and words they know and use every day. ✨🎨🖌️

When tradies started working just around the corner, our little Banksias had front-row seats to all the action! Watching the machinery, learning about the work being done, and imagining their future careers made for a pretty exciting day.

Just a quick reminder that we are closed tomorrow (Monday 8th June) for the Monarch’s Birthday Public Holiday

Look out ,our Grevillea children proudly harvested carrots from the garden today. After carefully picking them, they brought their fresh produce to Di in the kitchen, where they helped wash and prepare them for a delicious, healthy snack.
