My four little lights…
This is the first time I’ve shared my personal life here, but my brood are at the core of everything I do so I guess it’s actually quite fitting.
I am a mum to four kids, aged 5, 7, 9 and 11. 2 girls and 2 boys.
They are, in equal turns, the lights of my life and the pains in my ass.
Motherhood is, in equal turns, the most fulfilling and most challenging part of my life.
And it is my love of the parenthood journey in all its glory (both the highest highs and the lowest lows) that has brought me to where I am now- sharing prenatal education and postnatal support with everyone I can…

Now for the WHY.
Birth matters. The birth of your child will undoubtedly be one of the most significant events in your life.
I want to help ensure that yours is significantly meaningful, not significantly traumatic.
You deserve to feel informed, not overwhelmed.
You deserve to feel calm, not fearful.
You deserve to feel empowered, not helpless.
You deserve to feel present in your body as you actively bring your child into the world and begin bonding with your amazing, tiny new human… rather than… well, I’m sure you’ve heard more than enough horror stories…
Because birth matters, prenatal childbirth education matters too.
