Join Belinda every Thursday at 9:30am in our Newport Infrared Studio for a slower, supportive introduction to mat Pilates under infrared heat.
This class is designed to help you build confidence with foundational Pilates movements while giving your body time to adjust to exercising in a heated environment. Whether you’re completely new to infrared Pilates, returning to movement after some time away, or simply looking for a gentler paced class, this is the perfect place to start.
Expect clear instruction, intentional movement, and plenty of guidance as we move through each exercise at a comfortable pace. The infrared heat helps warm the muscles and joints, creating a beautiful environment to move and reconnect with your body.
