Kelvin Kindergarten is a privately owned long day care preschool catering for children from 14 months-5 years old. We are licensed by the Department of Education and Care for 17 children per day. Our educational program is made up of two groups. Our Koala group is geared to children between the ages of 14 months-3 years, where the activities and experiences are catered towards enhancing their sens
ory, fine motor, gross motor, language and social development. Our emu’s group is for children between the ages of 3-5 years. Included, is a pre-school curriculum that is tailored to prepare children to transition to school. We liaise with local schools and follow the Early Years Learning Framework for the best start to school program. At Kelvin Kindergarten we have a lovely home away from home, nurturing environment, which helps boost children’s self esteem in turn making them confident and happy learners! Kelvin Kindergarten complies with relevant Australian and State government regulatory requirements. It is licensed by the New South Wales Department of Education and Communities which regulates its ongoing compliance with the National Quality Framework, Education and Care Services National Regulations 2011 and the Educational and Care Services National Law. This compliance means that our families are eligible for the Child Care Rebate (CCR) and depending on the families Assessed Family Income (AFI) may be eligible for Child Care Benefit (CCB).
