5 Mistakes Dads Make When Trying To Lose Belly Fat

Stop trying to eat less and start eating more of the right stuff.
These three foods were staples for almost every dad inside Better Body Academy who's dropped 10-30kg:
🥩 Red meat - 200g sirloin = 50g protein, packed with iron and B12 that most dads over 35 are low on, and it keeps you full for hours
🧀 Cottage cheese - 200g = 24g protein, costs next to nothing, zero prep and you can eat it straight from the tub between meetings
🐟 Tinned tuna - one can = 30g protein for about two dollars, chuck it on rice or in a wrap and you've got a high protein meal in under five minutes

Unless you are absolutely certain that you are lifting correctly, for God sake, get a coach so you don’t put in decades of work to look exactly the same
so many guys out there are pumping in the sessions, putting in the work and pulling into the gym, even when they are not feeling like it, which is a massive credit to them
But if you do the wrong thing consistently, you’re just gonna end up frustrated when you get no return on your investment
When you still look like you don’t train
So for the love of God, please get a coach to make sure you’re not wasting your time
You told your wife you’re getting in shape this year, asked her to keep you accountable.
Worst decision you’ve made all year.
Now every time you grab a beer, every time you skip the gym, every time you eat the leftover chicken nuggets off your kid’s plate, she’s nagging, and you’re the child being told off.
