The College assembly held today was a wonderful celebration of our students and their diverse accomplishments in community service, the arts, debating, and sports, with many awards being presented.
The assembly featured several highlights, including a captivating musical performance of a piece from "How to Train Your Dragon" by the St Ursula’s Orchestra. Additionally, Rowland was announced as the 2026 Athletics Carnival House Champion, and to conclude the assembly, Year 7 student, Sofia, gave a confident recital of her winning entry from the Year 7 Poetry Slam.

Well done to all our representative sports teams who competed yesterday in the SCS Conference 3 Semi Finals!
Our Junior and Intermediate Netball teams played with great determination and we are thrilled to announce that the Intermediate team has secured a spot in the SCS Conference 3 Grand Final next week.
In addition, our Junior Soccer team has successfully advanced to their respective Conference 3 Grand Finals.
We wish both our Junior Soccer and Intermediate Netball teams the best of luck as they prepare for their championship matches next week!

Year 9 Camp is off to a great start!
The campsite is buzzing with energy as our students dive into a variety of outdoor adventures.
They are having a ball while tackling new challenges with their peers, building stronger bonds and developing resilience through every obstacle they overcome.

During today’s Poetry Slam, Year 7 students presented their own creative poems addressing a range of topics that they felt were important to share with the St Ursula’s community, from caring for others and racism to uniform preference and mobile phones. All of the students showed great courage presenting their work in front of their peers.

Today's bake sale, organised by our Zonta Club, was a fantastic success! The stall sold out in record time and it was wonderful to see so many students eager to support women in need across the globe.

Year 12 HSC and IB Biology students went to the Museum of Human Disease at UNSW to develop their skills in scientific observation and data collection and gaining further knowledge on infectious and non infectious diseases.

We are delighted to share the news that Year 7 student, Emily, secured a gold medal in the under 15 singles and a silver medal in the under 15 doubles at the 2026 Australian Bocce National Championships!

Congratulations to Isabella on her incredible performance at the Sydney Catholic Schools Cross Country Championships this past Wednesday.
Isabella secured 1st place in Conference 3 and achieved a remarkable 2nd place across all of Sydney Catholic Schools in 17 Years category!
