Year 12 Camp
What a fantastic few days away for our Year 12 students!

Over the final two days of camp, students embraced a range of outdoor activities, including damper cooking, archery tag, mountain biking to the Point, team initiatives and fishing. Whether they were learning new skills, tackling challenges together or enjoying the natural surroundings, students demonstrated resilience, teamwork and a willingness to step outside their comfort zones.

The team initiatives provided opportunities for students to strengthen their communication, leadership and problem-solving skills, while activities such as fishing gave everyone a chance to relax and reflect on the experiences shared throughout the camp.

As students return home, they bring with them new friendships, lasting memories and valuable experiences that will stay with them well beyond their final year of school.

A big thank you to the staff who supported the camp and helped make it such a memorable experience for our Year 12 students.

Exciting beginnings at Seven Hills High School! Our Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students recently kicked off the first session of the Liven Deadly Program, led by the inspiring Jie Pittman. As a proud Blacktown local who grew up in Lalor Park and once walked the same halls of Seven Hills High, Jie brings deep cultural knowledge and passion to this immersive initiative.

The Liven Deadly Program offers students an unforgettable journey into Sydney’s local Aboriginal traditions—exploring dances, songs, and public ceremonies. Through these engaging sessions, students connect, learn, and celebrate the rich heritage of Aboriginal culture alongside their peers.

We’re thrilled to see our students embrace this opportunity for cultural discovery and collaboration. Stay tuned for more updates as they dive deeper into this meaningful experience!

Selected Year 10 students participating in the Western Sydney University Fast Forward Program recently attended an on-campus experience designed to support them as they prepare for their senior years and future pathways.

Students toured specialist learning areas, discovered early entry opportunities and reflected on their subject selections. The day provided valuable insights to help them make informed decisions about their senior studies and beyond.

A fantastic opportunity for students to experience university life and start thinking about their future. 🎓

On Thursday, 18th of March, Seven Hills High School came alive with energy, excitement, and school spirit as students took part in the annual Grade Day event!

Students strengthened their connections and teamwork while competing in a variety of fun activities. Throughout the day, everyone proudly represented their grade to earn valuable points, enjoyed a bake sale and sausage sizzle at recess and lunch, and dressed up in their grade's chosen theme.

A massive thank you to Ms. Frew, the one who led a great team of staff, working tirelessly to prepare and execute such a successful day. 🌟

Congratulations to Ms. Cappadona's Year 10s, who took out 1st place for 2026! 🏆 We hope all students enjoyed themselves, and we'll see you again next year for another amazing day! 🎉
