Yesterday, we brought together over 50 Operations team members, both virtually and in person, from across WA, SA, VIC, NSW, ACT, QLD, and New Zealand for an engaging ANZ Operations Workshop.

As our Operations teams are consistently out on client sites, opportunities to connect are invaluable. The workshop provided a great forum to collaborate, share best practices, drive continuous improvement, and strengthen service delivery for our clients.

The high level of engagement, knowledge sharing, and commitment demonstrated the strength of our people and the value of working as One Team.

Thank you to everyone who contributed to a successful day of learning, connection, and growth.

From our Finance team and Customer Service Centre to administration staff, there’s a lot happening in the background to ensure we deliver the best service possible for our clients and support for our frontline teams.

What makes us especially proud is the loyalty and dedication of our people. Many of our head office staff have been with us for more than four years, helping shape the success of Vivid along the way.
