When you try something new and it’s way harder than you thought. Don’t say, “I can’t” and give up. Say, “I can’t yet, but with a plan I will be able to soon.”

“For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of POWER, and of LOVE and of a Sound Mind.” - 2 Timothy 1:7

FEAR stands for False Evidence Appearing Real.
So often we believe the false evidence and let it hold us back, but what if, instead, we claim what God has for us- a spirit of Power (strength), Love (a brave and open heart) and a Sound Mind (clarity, wisdom and peace).

With this spirit I believe we can do incredible things!

Whenever I feel afraid of something that is not actually dangerous, I repeat this

Louis is so committed to his fitness that when we left him at home so we could go for a run, he escaped and run over a kilometer to catch up to us. Don’t worry, no noodles were hurt in the making of this video.

Books I’ve read in the past 12 months:
All the Way to the River- Liz Gilbert
The Invisible She- Kirrily Lowe
Practicing The Way- John Mark Comer
Blessed to be a Blessing- Kenneth Copeland
Start with Yourself- Emma Grede

This year I’m committed to reading at least one book a month.
What books are you reading and loving?

I don’t coach from a pedestal.
I walk beside my clients. 🤍

I first came to this work as a client myself — doing the work, breaking patterns, learning the hard lessons, and discovering what actually creates lasting change.

So when I share a tool, practice or perspective, it’s because I’ve lived it.
I’ve seen it work in my own life and in the lives of the people I work with.

Because real change doesn’t come from information alone. It comes from integration.

If you’re ready to:
• Break old habits
• Achieve meaningful goals
• Create healthy boundaries
• Improve your relationships
• Feel more confident, connected and aligned

I’d love to walk along side you.

I’ll be honest, encouraging, and sometimes a little bit tough… but we’ll laugh too. And together we’ll create the kind of shifts that lead to more joy, peace and freedom.

DM me “READY” if you’d like to learn more about how I can help you.

What does it mean to be grounded?

To be grounded is to be rooted in the present moment — steady, embodied, and connected to what is real.
It’s the opposite of feeling scattered, anxious, or pulled in a hundred directions.

Psalm 46:10 says, “Be still and know that I am God.”
For me, this isn’t about doing more — it’s an invitation to let go. To remember I don’t have to carry everything or control the outcome.

When I slow my breath, move my body with intention, and step away from constant stimulation, something softens. My nervous system settles. Perspective returns. Peace becomes more accessible.

Share a 🩶 if you feel this too.

I’ve had a rough start to 2026 after a stomach bug turned into a cold, which turned into a nighttime cough that stole my sleep and left me foggy each morning.

But somewhere in the middle of the night, I made a choice.

I may not be able to control the coughing…
but I do control the story I tell myself.

I can say, “I’m always getting sick,”
or I can say, “I’m getting better.”

I can say, “I’m exhausted,”
or I can say, “I’m supported.”

When I chose the gentle, kind and empowering story I can feel my body doing exactly what it knows how to do—heal.

Life will always bring challenges.
But the stories we choose to tell ourselves determine how we experience those challenges.

This year I’ll be offering tools, strategies and support to help you create stories that ignite your resilience, self-compassion and wellbeing. If you’re ready for this drop a ❤️ in the comments.

Love,
Elizabeth

It’s our LAST day in Japan on the LAST day of 2025!
It’s been an incredible adventure- sights, experiences, tastes.
The Japanese People we’ve met are incredibly welcoming and kind (except the train fare adjuster 😳)
But what’s been the most special thing about our trip is getting to spend over 2 uninterrupted weeks with our awesome kids watching their eyes light up as their view of the world expands in so many new ways.
Even when walking up to 20,000 steps a day, dragging luggage around crowded train stations and ordering foods with much uncertainty they have kept their spirits high and been kind to one another and to us.
If you have kids I cannot recommend Japan enough as the perfect place for a safe, immersive cutural adventure.
We will definitely be back again soon! But very much looking forward to heading home on New Year’s Day!
