๐Ÿ“šBuilding connections from the very beginning.

This week, we were delighted to welcome Educational Leader Laura Reynolds and Stage 4 Early Childhood Teacher Emily Messina from Reddam ELS St Leonards to Reddam House North Shore.

The team toured our Kindergarten to Year 3 classrooms, meeting students and teachers while exploring new ways to strengthen the connection between ELS and Primary, and met with our Early Stage 1 Coordinator, Michelle Ryan, to discuss supporting a smooth transition from ELS to Primary School.

One special moment came when Year 1 student Everett, a proud ELS St Leonards alumnus, recognised his former teacher, Emily. He warmly welcomed the team into his classroom and introduced them to his classmates, showing exactly what our community is all about. ๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿ’›

Weโ€™re looking forward to Kylie Chacon visiting ELS St Leonards next week as we continue building these meaningful connections!

A huge congratulations to our North Shore High School Dance Company on their first performance together at the Extreme Dance Competition! ๐Ÿ’™

For many of these students, this was their very first time performing as a company, but you wouldnโ€™t have known it. Their confidence, teamwork and commitment on stage made for an incredible performance, reflecting all the hard work theyโ€™ve put in behind the scenes.

Well done to Zoe, Iris, Dasha, Kaitlyn, Lilly, Feifei and Talia on a fantastic achievement. We canโ€™t wait to see where this journey takes you next! ๐Ÿ’ƒ

๐Ÿ“š A shared story, shared across Australia. ๐Ÿฆ˜

Joining more than 2.2 million participants nationwide, our students recently took part in National Simultaneous Storytime 2026, celebrating the joy of reading together through this yearโ€™s featured book, Luna Roo.

The day was filled with storytelling, fascinating facts about Australian wildlife, sports-themed books, creative origami activities and, most importantly, a shared love of books and imagination.

Thereโ€™s nothing quite like the magic of experiencing a story together. ๐Ÿ’›

๐ŸŽฅ A special thank you to Ms Kiran, Head Librarian, for filming, editing and sharing this lovely video.

๐Ÿ‡ซ๐Ÿ‡ทโœจ Bonjour from Reddam House Bondi Campus โœจ๐Ÿ‡ซ๐Ÿ‡ท

We were delighted to host one of the annual Year 12 French Speaking Skills Days in partnership with NAFT, welcoming students and teachers from schools across New South Wales.

From mock HSC speaking exams to French Extension workshops, students spent the day building confidence, refining their speaking skills and connecting with fellow French learners.

The atmosphere was buzzing as students from both Reddam House campuses connected with fellow French enthusiasts, shared their love of French language and culture, and captured memories at our trรจs chic French-themed photo booth! ๐Ÿ“ธ๐Ÿฅ–๐Ÿ—ผ

A huge merci to all the students and teachers who helped make the day such a success.

๐Ÿš€ From work experience to ringing the ASX opening bell.

Year 11 student Damon Sukhla recently had the honour of ringing the opening bell at the ASX listing of the Global X ETFs Australia Space Tech ETF (ASX: MOON).

Damon first connected with Global X Australia during a work experience placement in 2025, where he was challenged to pitch a new ETF concept to the Investment Strategy team. Inspired by the rapidly growing space technology sector, Damon proposed both the investment theme and the ticker symbol MOON.

This week, he was invited back to the ASX to help celebrate the ETFโ€™s launch and be recognised for the contribution he made to its journey.

We extend our sincere thanks to the team at Global X Australia, particularly CEO Alex Zaika, for their mentorship and for providing Damon with such a rare and meaningful professional opportunity.

Congratulations, Damon. We are incredibly proud of your curiosity, initiative and achievement, and look forward to seeing where your passion for finance and investing takes you next. ๐ŸŒ•๐Ÿ“ˆ

๐Ÿ›๏ธ Leadership in action.

Recently, two of our Year 6 Student Leaders had the opportunity to attend a special leadership experience hosted by Felicity Wilson MP at Parliament House.

The experience included observing Question Time, learning about the role of elected representatives, and participating in discussions about leadership, service and civic responsibility.

Experiences like these provide valuable insight into how government works while encouraging our students to think critically about the qualities of effective leadership and the positive impact they can have within their own communities.

Thank you to Felicity Wilson and her team for providing such a meaningful and memorable opportunity.

๐Ÿ“š Looking ahead and planning for the future.

Last night, students in Years 7, 8 and 10, along with their parents, attended our Elective Subject Information Evening to explore the exciting pathways and opportunities available to them in the years ahead.

The evening provided valuable insights into our elective offerings, helping students make informed decisions about their academic journey while discovering subjects that align with their interests, strengths and aspirations.

Thank you to our staff, students and families for joining us. We look forward to seeing where their choices take them.
