π Menβs Health Week 2026 | 15β21 June π
This Menβs Health Week, weβre encouraging all men and boys to make their health a priority.
The 2026 campaign theme, β101 Reasons to See Your GPβ, is a reminder that looking after your health doesnβt mean waiting until something is seriously wrong. Whether itβs ongoing tiredness, changes in mood, stress, unexplained symptoms, or persistent pain β checking in with a GP is an important step.
Research shows that many Australian men wait too long before seeking medical advice when something doesnβt feel right. Letβs help change that by starting the conversation and making health checks part of everyday life.
Taking care of your physical and mental wellbeing is a sign of strength. πͺ
For more information, health resources and support, visit the official Menβs Health Week resources.
