πŸ’™ Men’s Health Week 2026 | 15–21 June πŸ’™

This Men’s Health Week, we’re encouraging all men and boys to make their health a priority.

The 2026 campaign theme, β€œ101 Reasons to See Your GP”, is a reminder that looking after your health doesn’t mean waiting until something is seriously wrong. Whether it’s ongoing tiredness, changes in mood, stress, unexplained symptoms, or persistent pain β€” checking in with a GP is an important step.

Research shows that many Australian men wait too long before seeking medical advice when something doesn’t feel right. Let’s help change that by starting the conversation and making health checks part of everyday life.

Taking care of your physical and mental wellbeing is a sign of strength. πŸ’ͺ

For more information, health resources and support, visit the official Men’s Health Week resources.
