Can 'switching off' be a way to learn about God? Becki shares two things she does that have been helping her learn to trust God and to know more about him in this short video. Want to learn more and engage in the conversation about knowing God more deeply?
We have two days left of our Everyday Theology series. We'll catch you up on the reflections from earlier in the week and you can share your thoughts and reflections today and tomorrow. Sign up here >> https://www.mac.edu.au/everyday-theology-becki

We tend to assume that more knowledge leads to a life well-lived. Clearer thinking, a sounder foundation... and surely the rest would follow.
But most of us know it isn't that simple.
Rev. Dr Becki Philip leads this free five-day email series exploring what it truly means to know God — not just know more about him. Each day brings a short theological reflection, a question to sit with, a simple practice, a prayer and space to share your reflections along the way.
We'd love for you to join us. Sign up here >> https://www.mac.edu.au/everyday-theology-becki

Even when it was challenging, God has revealed what a gift it has been to have my children see their mother take theological education seriously."
Laura joined Mary Andrews College as a brand new mum, with a desire to disciple her children well. Through her learning, she developed a range of practical tools to use in her role as a mother and in sharing her faith with others.

You've watched the videos on Facebook. You've saved the Instagram posts. You've even listened to the audiobook. But nothing changed. 𝘒𝘯𝘰𝘸𝘪𝘯𝘨 what we should do and 𝘭𝘪𝘷𝘪𝘯𝘨 it? They are two very different things.
Christian growth is not just about getting more truth into our heads, but being shaped as whole people before God.
Everyday Theology is a free, five-day email series that gives you short, sharp theology. We know that it’s an encouragement for you to hear how others are walking with the Lord.
And, we always love hearing from our students and sharing some of their stories with you!
So, today we are sharing Kath’s story. Kath studied remotely with us from Coonabarabran, and then from Dubbo!
One of the things Kath values highly about Mary Andrews College is the practical and applicable assignments. She describes them as creative assessments that she won’t just file away but can actually share with people!
