Most people describe the ocean as deeply healing, and there are both scientific and psychological reasons behind that feeling. When the sound of waves calms the nervous system, blue Spaces improve mood & salt water can benefit the skin. Also negative ions may enhance well-being. The sunlight boost vitamin D and serotonin & encourages mindful movement. Humans may be naturally drawn the water. I know I am - the sea is literally so healing for me. It cues everything in my life and when I’m not near it, I feel its absence, when I’m near it I’m grounded more connected and in touch with nature and my purpose.

As Neptune moves from Pisces into Aries, the already accelerating timelines will quicken beyond what most are prepared for. Those who’ve relied on the primacy of emotion to command attention in social spaces are about to learn how little the rest of the world cares. This is Aries territory now: movement, ignition, forward thrust. The dreamy webs of meaning and feeling no longer guide the culture. The mood has shifted.
It will be a shock to many—especially those accustomed to getting their way through the modern equivalent of moral tantrums, waiting for discomfort to retreat before they ever have to stand and move. But Aries does not retreat. Aries charges.
When Neptune hits Aries, those tactics—emotional leverage, nebulous narratives, social guilt-tripping—begin to lose traction. We’re being asked to push forward, to compete, to complete, even in the face of adversity. It’s a frightening moment, yes. But underneath the surface is a rising warrior spirit, ancient and resolute, already beginning to stir in the bones of the collective.
If Neptune brings anything good to Aries, let it be this: that our aggression is tempered with vision, and that our pursuit of self becomes a fire that binds rather than burns. We can hope the unitive spiritual thread of Neptune still laces through the battlefield.
But many will resist. Those still tethered to Piscean illusions—fear, fantasy, emotional evasion—will double down on their narratives and drift further from shared reality. That’s always the price of staying behind: disconnection. Belief gives way to will. Dreams collapse under the weight of intention.
And soon, we will witness battles—both physical and psychic—that boggle the mind but electrify the soul. Some will hurl themselves onto the tracks, pleading for the future to pause. But Neptune does not stop. And Aries does not look back.

Sometimes life or experiences are so unique or eventful that they could be the plot of a movie or book. 🎬📚Interesting. Unexpected. Relatable. Happy. Hard. Sometimes it’s helpful for you and others to share the story
of the mountains you’ve climbed.
Your words could become a page in someone else's survival guide. ♥️

Pluto, where have you been for so long? Welcome to Aquarius ♒️
For the first time in more than 200 years, Pluto will move into Aquarius on Thursday March 23. This begins a new chapter in human experience, and starts a 20 year transit that has the potential to radically reshape society, culture and the ways in which humans govern and organise their communities.
Since none of us alive today have lived through this pivotal cycle, it’ll be helpful to review historical cycles of Pluto in Aquarius to identify key themes and likely possibilities. Considering the charts of individuals who have Pluto in Aquarius and contemplating their roles and contributions may also be thought provoking.
Pluto in Aquarius might be described as power to the people. Transitions of power that shift away from central leaders and elevated individuals, towards collaborative structures that invite contribution and input from a more diverse cross section of society will be possible. Aquarius is the sign of the Sun’s detriment, so leaders may look different and the concept of leadership itself may undergo an overhaul during this transit.
Read my entire blog post on Pluto in Aquarius on my website (link below) and don't miss my special presentation at the Astrology University Pluto in Aquarius Summit this weekend on March 25th! (link in the comments below)
