Mitra is part of the passionate team of educators at Gowrie NSW Malabar.

She joined the service in 2017 and has grown into her role over the years, now working at Diploma level.

Mitra shared the importance of building strong, trusting relationships with children, and creating a calm and positive environment where they feel safe and happy.

She’s also seen how much the sector has evolved, with early learning now recognised as a vital part of children’s education.
