Hi! I’m Jess, the founder of Equip Education. 👋

I started Equip Education after noticing a gap that grades alone couldn’t fill. Whilst students studied endless hours day in day out, the gap between academic mediocrity and excellence went beyond memorising the textbooks.

That’s why Equip isn’t your standard tutoring service. We EQUIP the whole student — academically, yes, but more importantly, personally. Because when a student feels confident in themselves, that’s when they truly soar. 💫

Outside of Equip, I’m currently completing a combined Commerce/Laws degree at Macquarie University and I’m also a runner at heart and have crossed the finish line of two half marathons, with a full marathon definitely on the horizon in the next few years!
