π STATEWIDE RUNNERS-UP π
What an incredible effort from our Year 7/8 Boys Basketball Team, finishing as runners-up in the Statewide Competition!
The boys represented our school with pride, determination and outstanding sportsmanship throughout the tournament. Every player played their role and contributed to a fantastic campaign, demonstrating teamwork, resilience and skill every step of the way.
A special shout-out to our super coaches, Finlay and Jesse, whose leadership, expertise and dedication helped guide the team to the Grand Final.
While the result didnβt fall our way against a highly skilled Temple Christian College outfit, the boys should be immensely proud of their achievements and the way they competed.
Congratulations to all involved on a brilliant day and an outstanding Statewide campaign! πππ
The future of basketball at our school is looking very bright!

A big congratulations to two of our Year 10 students who are achieving great success in their chosen sports.
βΎ Kaeden Sanders has been named Baseball SA Under 16 Division 1 MVP for the 2025β26 season, with his outstanding performances for Northern Districts Baseball Club recognised at the Baseball SA Junior Baseball League Presentation Event. Dominating both on the pitcher's mound and at the plate, Kaeden played a key role in leading his team to a Grand Final appearance and runner-up finish.
π Owen has been selected to represent South Australia at the School Sport Australia 13β19 Years Swimming Championships in Melbourne this July. Owen will compete in seven events across freestyle, butterfly and backstroke disciplines, as well as relay events, as he continues his journey towards the Australian National Swimming Championships in 2027.
These achievements are a reflection of the hard work, dedication and commitment both students have shown to their sports. We are incredibly proud of Kaeden and Owen and look forward to following their continued success.
Congratulations, boys! ππβ€οΈ

πββοΈπ Our Year 12 PE class recently had an incredible opportunity to visit the South Australian Sports Institute (SASI) for the Heart of the Community β Sport Volunteer Expo! ππ
Held as part of National Volunteer Week π€, the expo gave our students a chance to explore sport volunteering and the many career pathways available in health and physical education. πΌβ½π They connected with representatives from South Australia's State Sporting Organisations and heard firsthand how volunteering can open doors to exciting jobs and careers in sport. π
Students also enjoyed a guided tour of SASI's brand-new world-class facilities ποΈ, including the Adelaide University Sports Science Hub π¬, and learned about the lives and routines of elite-level athletes in South Australia. π₯πͺ
A fantastic experience all round β well done to our Year 12 PE class! ππ
