Leading the Way in Digital Learning

Congratulations to the team at Sharon Primary School for their leadership, innovation, and sustained commitment to leveraging technology to enhance teaching, learning, and assessment across the curriculum.

Their work demonstrates how purposeful integration of digital tools can create more engaging learning experiences, support differentiated instruction, and provide timely insights into student progress.

As we continue to advance the modernization of our learning environments, initiatives like these remind us that technology is not simply an addition to the classroom—it is a powerful resource that can transform how students learn and how teachers support their success.

Together, we are building future-ready classrooms and equipping our students with the skills they need to thrive in an increasingly digital world.

đź’™ Men's Mental Health Month đź’™

"It's OK Not to Be OK."

This powerful message was echoed by Dr. Adrian Smith, interviewee on the MRD Chatroom, as he highlighted the importance of acknowledging our struggles and seeking support when needed.

Strength isn't about staying silent or pretending everything is fine—it's about recognizing when you need help and having the courage to reach out.

This Men's Mental Health Month, let's encourage open conversations, break down stigma, and create spaces where men and boys feel safe to share their experiences, challenges, and emotions.

A conversation can make a difference. A listening ear can change a life.

đź’™ Check in on the men in your life. Remind them that their mental health matters.

Motivational Monday

Success doesn't always come from following a single path. Just ask Roland Butcher.

While living in England, Butcher balanced both football and cricket, developing skills that would serve him throughout his sporting career. The discipline, teamwork, fitness, and adaptability he gained from playing multiple sports helped shape him into a successful athlete and later opened doors in coaching and mentorship.

His journey reminds us that every experience has value. The skills you learn today—whether on the field, in the classroom, or through your hobbies—can create opportunities you never imagined tomorrow.

Keep learning. Keep growing. Your talents may take you further than you think.

Interviewer-Philip Hackett.
