Mehrajun Sakin and Proma Debnath, students of Law and Human Rights from University of Asia Pacific, successfully secured the 1st Runner-Up position at the Undergraduate Law Symposium Spring 2026 organized by the Department of Law of North South University in collaboration with the Center for Legal Research, North South University.
Their research paper, titled “Abuse of Rights and the UNSC Veto: Good-Faith Obligations in Humanitarian Crises in the Post-2024 Era,” explored one of the most significant contemporary issues in international law.
