* B.Sc. in Civil Engineering
* Site supervision ও construction management সম্পর্কে ধারণা থাকতে হবে

🔹 দায়িত্বসমূহ:

* Construction work supervision ও monitoring
* Quality control ও project progress tracking
* Contractor ও শ্রমিকদের সাথে সমন্বয় করা
* Site reports ও documentation প্রস্তুত করা
* Drawing অনুযায়ী কাজ বাস্তবায়ন নিশ্চিত করা

অনেকেই প্রশ্ন করেন, ডিজাইন যেভাবে দেওয়া হয়েছে, ঠিক সেভাবেই কি করা সম্ভব?
এর দুটো উত্তর আছে—একটি “না”, আরেকটি “হ্যাঁ”।

যদি আপনি স্কিল্ড লেবার না দেন এবং সঠিক কনস্ট্রাকশন সুপারভিশন না করান, তাহলে সেটাকে ডিজাইনের মতো করে করা সম্ভব না।
কিন্তু যদি প্রপার সুপারভিশনে কাজ করা হয়, তাহলে ঠিক একই ডিজাইন বাস্তবে তৈরি করা সম্ভব। ( শুধু স্লাব কাস্টিং এর সময় যাওয়া কে সুপারভিশন বলা যাবে না )
