1️⃣ Platform & Service
Nexus Medical School একটি অনলাইন শিক্ষামূলক প্ল্যাটফর্ম, যা মেডিকেল ও স্বাস্থ্য সম্পর্কিত ক্লাস, শিক্ষামূলক কনটেন্ট, সেমিনার, ওয়েবিনার এবং ওয়ার্কশপ পরিচালনা করে জাতীয় এবং আন্তর্জাতিক পর্যায়ে।
2️⃣ User Account
শিক্ষার্থীদের সঠিক তথ্য দিয়ে রেজিস্ট্রেশন করতে হবে।
একজন শিক্ষার্থী কেবল একবার রেজিস্ট্রেশন করতে পারবেন।
ভুয়া তথ্য প্রদান করলে রেজিস্ট্রেশন বাতিল হবে।
3️⃣ Seminar, Webinar & Workshops Registration
প্রতিটি সেমিনার, ওয়েবিনার, ক্লাস ও ওয়ার্কশপের বিস্তারিত তথ্য প্ল্যাটফর্মে পাওয়া যাবে।
শিক্ষার্থী সকল নিয়ম ও নির্দেশাবলী মেনে চলতে বাধ্য।
সকল কার্যক্রম সততা ও সঠিক তথ্য দিয়ে সম্পন্ন করতে হবে।
4️⃣ Fees & Payment
সকল ফি নির্ধারিত।
ফি সাধারণত রিফান্ডযোগ্য নয়, বিশেষ ক্ষেত্রে আলাদা উল্লেখ থাকলে ব্যতীত।
পেমেন্ট সফল হলে রেজিস্ট্রেশন সম্পন্ন হবে।
5️⃣ Certificate
Participation সার্টিফিকেট শুধুমাত্র সকল নিয়ম ও শর্তাবলী পূর্ণ করার পর প্রদান করা হবে।
সমস্ত পরীক্ষা, অ্যাসাইনমেন্ট ও কার্যক্রম নিয়মমাফিক সম্পন্ন করতে হবে।
চিটিং বা অনৈতিক আচরণের কারণে বাতিল হতে পারে।
6️⃣ Intellectual Property
সকল মেটেরিয়াল, ভিডিও, ইমেজ ইত্যাদি Nexus Medical School-এর সম্পত্তি।
অনুমোদন ছাড়া এগুলো শেয়ার বা ডাউনলোড করা যাবে না।
7️⃣ Privacy
শিক্ষার্থীর তথ্য শুধুমাত্র শিক্ষাগত ও প্রশাসনিক কাজে ব্যবহার করা হবে।
ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য তৃতীয় পক্ষের সঙ্গে শেয়ার করা হবে না।
8️⃣ User Responsibility
শিক্ষার্থীকে নিয়ম, আচরণবিধি এবং সঠিক তথ্য দেওয়া নিশ্চিত করতে হবে।
কোনো অবৈধ বা অনৈতিক কার্যকলাপে প্ল্যাটফর্মের অনুমোদন নেই।
9️⃣ Limitation of Liability
Nexus Medical School কোনো আর্থিক বা ব্যক্তিগত ক্ষতির জন্য দায়ী নয়, যদি তা ব্যবহারকারীর দোষ বা প্রযুক্তিগত সমস্যার কারণে হয়।

প্রাকৃতিক বিপর্যয়, প্রযুক্তিগত ব্যর্থতা বা অনির্দেশ্য পরিস্থিতিতে প্রতিষ্ঠান দায়ী নয়।
