We are looking for someone smart, energetic, motivated, confident and capable of communicating professionally and guiding clients through the student counselling process. You will help students explore study opportunities, handle their applications, and ensure excellent client service throughout.Experience is required in the related field.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹Communicate with clients in person, over the phone, and through digital platforms
🔹Understand client needs and provide accurate guidance
🔹Maintain and update client records, follow up regularly
🔹Assist with documentation and application submissions
🔹Clearly explain service details and requirements
🔹Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for seamless service delivery
🔹Attend meetings, training, and promotional events as needed
🔹Organizing promotional events if necessary

Who We are Looking For:

🔹Smart, well-presented, and confident communicator
🔹Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bengali
🔹Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented ,can take instruction
🔹Computer skills with digital marketing, lead generation, social media posting, Canva and MS Office suits ( Experience working on Digital Marketing would be a preference )
🔹Team player with a positive, customer-focused attitude
