We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead and oversee the overall operations of a reputed lifestyle manufacturing and retail business. We're looking for someone with proven experience managing domestic and international operations, driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring organizational excellence.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business goals.
- Oversee day-to-day business operations across all departments.
- Manage local and international business operations, supply chain, and distribution activities.
- Drive operational efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
- Monitor business performance and establish key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Lead, mentor, and develop cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with senior management to formulate long-term business strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
- Identify opportunities for business expansion and process improvement.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and business partners.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
- Minimum 15 years of experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Prior experience in the 𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐲𝐥𝐞, 𝐫𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐥, 𝐅𝐌𝐂𝐆, or related industry is highly preferred.
- 𝐌𝐍𝐂 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐰𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐛𝐞 𝐡𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐥𝐲 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐝.
- Strong understanding of domestic and international business operations.
- Proven leadership, strategic planning, and people management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
