Hematemesis → Vomiting of blood
Hemoptysis → Coughing up blood
Melena → Black, tarry stool due to gastrointestinal bleeding
Hematuria → Presence of blood in urine
Oliguria → Decreased urine output
Anuria → Absence or near absence of urine output
Polyuria → Excessive urine output
Dysuria → Painful or burning urination
Diarrhea → Frequent loose or watery stools
Constipation → Difficulty or infrequent passage of stool
Ascites → Accumulation of fluid in the abdominal cavity
Jaundice → Yellow discoloration of the skin and eyes due to elevated bilirubin
Sepsis → Life-threatening systemic response to infection
Coma → Deep state of prolonged unconsciousness
Convulsion → Involuntary muscle contractions or seizures
