Food Adulteration
Food adulteration means polluting food items through artificial means for personal gain. Food adulteration has become a serious problem in our country. Nowadays, foods are often adulterated to keep them fresh or to make them tasty. In hotels and restaurants, stale and rotten goods are often mixed with fresh food and served to the customers.
Traders use chemicals and preservatives in order to make fish and vegetables look fresh, and thus, fish and vegetables get adulterated. Toxic substances are also used in bakery and confectionery products. Junk food contains pernicious chemicals and poses a menace to our health. Dishonest and avaricious businessmen and shopkeepers adulterate all kinds of foods for quick profit, disregarding the safety of the consumers.
Eating adulterated foods causes many fatal diseases. So, the people who are involved in food adulteration should be identified and punished. Public awareness must be created against this destructive food adulteration. So it is important that the relevant departments of the government remain vigilant against food adulteration.

There’s no official “full form” of LOVE, but people often create meaningful acronyms for it. A popular one is:
L.O.V.E = Life’s Only Valuable Emotion.
Environment Pollution
Environment pollution refers to the contamination of our earth's natural resources with harmful substances like chemicals, smoke, plastic, and waste materials. It mainly has three forms: air pollution (caused by smoke from factories and vehicles), water pollution (by dumping industrial waste, sewage, and plastic into rivers and lakes), and soil pollution (by excessive use of chemical fertilizers and non-biodegradable waste). In cities, rapid industrialization and urbanization increase pollution levels dramatically. Pollution harms human health by causing diseases such as asthma, skin problems, respiratory infections, and even cancer. It affects plants by stunting growth and animals by destroying their homes and food sources. Moreover, pollution damages the ozone layer and leads to global warming and climate change. To control pollution, we should decrease the use of plastics, use public transport, plant trees, and ensure proper waste management. Governments should enforce strict environmental laws and conduct awareness programs. Students can also contribute by promoting eco-friendly habits and recycling. Protecting the environment is everyone's responsibility to ensure a safe and healthy future. If timely actions are not taken, life on earth will become more difficult, and biodiversity will be in danger. Therefore, spreading awareness about pollution and sustainable practices is essential.
Tree plantation means planting more and more trees. Trees are useful to us in many ways. We get fruits, timber, and flowers from trees. Trees give us oxygen and take in carbon dioxide. They save us from natural calamities like drought, storms, floods, etc. Thus, they maintain ecological balance.So, trees are a valuable asset to a country. If we cut down trees at random, the country will become a desert one day. But, unfortunately, our people are cutting trees for fuel, furniture, and other purposes. We should therefore plant more trees. June and July are the best times for tree planting. By planting trees, we keep our environment balanced.We should also take care of them by removing the weeds and keeping the surrounding trees clean. Besides, we should raise awareness among all to plant more trees. We must undertake a vast project for planting trees all over the world. Thus, we can make the tree plantation program a success.
Smoking is a very harmful habit. It causes many serious diseases like heart disease, bronchitis, and cancer. Cigarette smoke contains many harmful substances, including ni****ne. Ni****ne blocks the normal flow of blood and reduces oxygen in the body. As a result, blood pressure rises and the heartbeat increases. To***co smoke also damages the lungs and destroys the cilia, which help clean the lungs from dirt and germs. Another dangerous substance in cigarette smoke is carbon monoxide. It reduces the amount of oxygen in the blood and harms the body. Smoking also damages the brain, weakens the nerves, and affects a person’s character. Smokers often lose their appetite and energy. Smoking can irritate the eyes, harm the nose, and disturb the mind. Besides, it pollutes the environment and wastes money. Therefore, everyone should avoid smoking and try to give up this bad habit.
Traffic Jam
Traffic jam refers to the overcrowding of vehicles on roads, which causes long stoppages and slow movement of traffic. It has become a daily problem in almost every busy city, including Dhaka. The main reasons behind traffic jams are the rapid increase of population, more private cars, unplanned urbanization, and narrow, damaged roads. Illegal roadside markets, improper parking, and lack of awareness among drivers make the situation worse. Traffic jams waste valuable time as students, workers, and patients get stuck, resulting in loss of working hours, missed appointments, delay in emergency services, and extra fuel cost. The environment suffers from harmful emissions, increasing air pollution and noise. To tackle this crisis, authorities should expand and repair city roads, introduce more efficient public transport systems like metro rails, and strictly enforce traffic laws. Construction of flyovers and underpasses at key junctions can ease flow. Public awareness on traffic rules is crucial. Citizens should avoid unnecessary personal vehicles and encourage carpooling. Students can also spread awareness about following signals and road safety. With combined efforts from the government and people, traffic jams can be controlled, benefiting urban growth, reducing stress, saving time, and improving the air quality in our cities.
July Revolution-2024
Or-The Quota Reform Movement 2024
Or-Anti-discrimination Students Movement
The quota reform movement in 2024, also known as the July Revolution, is a memorable chapter in the history of Bangladesh. Students launched the movement against the existing quota system in government jobs after the High Court verdict. Led by the Anti-discrimination Students Movement, the students strengthened the movement through the "Bangla Blockade and other programs. The deaths of students Abu Sayeed and Mir Mughda in police firing further fueled the movement, which spread across the country. When the government used the police and Chhatra League to control the situation, it turned into a massacre, in which many students and ordinary people were killed. One of the demands of the people in this movement was the resignation of Sheikh Hasina. Under increasing pressure and the determination of the army chief, Sheikh Hasina resigned and fled the country to neighboring India. As a result, the people of the country were freed from the long dictatorship of almost 16 years. This uprising was not limited to the abolition of the quota system; it turned into a mass uprising of the people against the dictatorial government. This movement in 2024 brought new hope to the nation and was recognized by many as Bangladesh's second independence.
