Stay away from fixed mindset people for your own mental health. 😂

Some people have already decided how life should be, how success should look, who should win, who should fail, and no matter what evidence you show them, they will never change their perspective.

They see growth as a threat, learning as weakness, and other people’s success as a personal attack. 😩

Protect your peace. Not every argument deserves your energy. Not every opinion deserves your attention. Sometimes the best thing you can do is smile, wish them well, and keep growing.

Your environment matters. The people around you can either inspire you to become better or drain the life out of your dreams.

Choose growth. Choose peace. Choose people who are willing to learn, evolve, and celebrate others.

Stay away from fixed mindset people for your own mental health. 😂✌🏽

Happy Sunday, beautiful people. ❤️

Just a gentle reminder: No matter how much God loves us, it is still very important for us to learn to love ourselves.

God's love for us is beyond measure, but if we don't believe we are worthy of love, healing, peace, and blessings, we may struggle to receive what He has prepared for us.

Love yourself enough to forgive yourself.Love yourself enough to grow.Love yourself enough to walk away from what harms you.Love yourself enough to receive the good things God places in your path.

You are not an accident. You are not forgotten. You are not unworthy.

You are loved by God, and you deserve to see yourself through His eyes.

May this week remind you of your value, your purpose, and the greatness that lives within you.

Stay blessed. ❤️

Happy Birthday to me 🎂❤️

Today, I thank God for the gift of life, growth, strength, and another beautiful opportunity to begin again.

After 365 days, I have learned that birthdays are not only for celebration, but also for reflection. It is a time to look back at how far we have come, the lessons we have learned, the victories we achieved, and the challenges that made us stronger.

This journey has reminded me that dedication, commitment, and determination are powerful keys in life. Even when life becomes difficult, God always gives strength to continue moving forward.

As I begin another chapter, I pray for peace, good health, wisdom, strength, happiness, and fulfillment. I pray that God continues to direct my path and use me to inspire others, lead with purpose, and bring hope to people around me.

Philippians 4:13 says:
“I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.”

Isaiah 45:2 says:
“I will go before you and make the crooked places straight.”

With faith in God, I welcome another 365 days of beautiful memories, growth, and purpose.

Cheers to a new beginning

To everyone who just completed their ABAT, IBT, or RBT… this message is for YOU ❤️

I know the excitement. I know the desire to grow fast. But please hear me clearly this is just the beginning.

These certifications are your entry into the field, not your final destination. Take your time to learn, to practice, to understand real-life cases, and to grow through experience.

Because when you rush the process, you risk missing the very foundation that will sustain you at the top.

Let’s normalize growth with patience. Let’s normalize learning before leading.

You will get there just build it the right way 💯

We all talk about the importance of having the right people around us, but today I want you to think deeper.

You need people who bring wisdom, courage, and encouragement into your life.
But beyond that, you must become the person who acts on the vision.

Because a strong community is powerful…
but ex*****on is what truly changes lives.

Build your circle wisely, and never forget you are also responsible for moving your life forward.

A small reminder for anyone taking ABAT, IBT, or SEN courses.

If you finish the course and haven’t gotten a job yet, don’t rush into taking completely different courses.

Instead, use that time to strengthen yourself.

Build skills in:
• Social-emotional learning
• Mental health & wellbeing
• Communication
• Basic computer skills

These skills will make you stronger and more prepared when your opportunity finally comes.

Stay aligned with your purpose and keep building.

A very big congratulations to me for this incredible milestone. 💃

From starting my journey in ABA as an ABAT, growing through the QASP-S level, and today standing as a Qualified Behavior Analyst (QBA) — this journey has been long, challenging, exhausting, and sometimes full of doubt.

But one thing remained constant: intentionality and consistency.

Many would have given up along the way, but by the grace of God, strength, wisdom, and patience, I stayed the course.

Today, I celebrate not just a certification, but years of resilience, faith, growth, and purpose.

To anyone out there doubting themselves:
Keep going. Keep growing. Stay intentional.

Success is not a destination it is a journey.

Slowly but surely, you will get there.

Congratulations to the newest Behavior Analyst Ms. Mimi.

One of the greatest lessons life teaches us is this:

If you truly want to go far in any area of life, you must master the art of audacity.

Many people shrink their experiences, doubt their abilities, and walk into rooms feeling like they don’t belong.

But confidence is not arrogance.
Confidence is recognizing the value you carry.

The people we admire today did not succeed because they never faced rejection.

They succeeded because they refused to let rejection define them.

Rejection is not failure.
It is simply the tuition you pay for growth.

So walk boldly.
Carry your value with confidence.
And never forget that you belong in the room.
