Reception kicked off Book Week today with book called ‘Stone Age Boy’, inspiring a day of prehistoric fun and imagination! Students enjoyed a variety of dinosaur-themed activities, including building caves and shelters with blocks, designing dinosaurs with shapes, colouring dinosaur pictures, and dancing in a dinosaur disco in the dramatic play area.
A wonderful start to a week celebrating books, creativity, and learning through play.

Congratulations to Warwick Academy alumni Delray Rawlins and Luke Horan on their selection to Bermuda’s squad for the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup Americas Sub-Regional Qualifier, taking place at the National Sports Centre from June 21–27.

We are proud to see our alumni representing Bermuda on the international stage and wish Delray, Luke, and the entire team the very best as they begin their journey toward qualification for the 2028 T20 World Cup.

Congratulations to Warwick Academy students Julian Borchardt, Lee Terceira and Landon Williams on their outstanding performances at the 2026 Deloitte Open Pickleball Tournament!

Competing against adults, Julian and Lee earned silver in the 3.0 Mixed Doubles, while Julian and Landon captured bronze in the 3.0 Men’s Doubles.

A fantastic achievement - well done all of you!

Our Year 12 students are currently exploring Atlantic Canada as part of the Canadian University Tour!

So far, they have visited the University of New Brunswick, Mount Allison University, St. Francis Xavier University, Acadia University, Mount Saint Vincent University, Saint Mary’s University, and Dalhousie University, gaining valuable insight into campus life and future opportunities.

Next stop: Ontario! Stay tuned as the journey continues.

Kids on the Reef with Y8 DeSilva!
Our latest Year 8 students had an incredible experience taking part in the Kids on the Reef programme, combining classroom learning with hands-on ocean exploration. Students investigated threats facing our oceans, shared their research, and developed free-diving skills through stretching, breathing exercises, and in-water activities.

A fantastic opportunity to connect learning from Physical Education, Science, and Geography while inspiring the next generation of ocean advocates.

Our Year 8 students took part in the incredible Kids on the Reef programme at Bermuda Aquarium, Museum & Zoo, yesterday combining Physical Education, Science, and Geography in a unique hands-on learning experience.

Over these past two days, students explored ocean conservation and coral reef ecology, researched threats facing our oceans, and developed free-diving skills through stretching, breathing exercises, and in-water practice. A highlight was the trip to Trunk Island, where students snorkelled around the island and observed a wide variety of marine life, including parrotfish, jacks, snappers, and wrasse.

This unforgettable experience helped students build confidence, deepen their understanding of Bermuda’s marine environment, and become stronger advocates for ocean conservation.

Congratulations to our talented gymnasts, Isobel Stones and Isla Ivers, on their performances at the Bermuda Gymnastics National Championships!
A special congratulations to Isobel, who claimed the Xcel Platinum All-Around National Championship title. We also celebrate Isla for proudly representing Bermuda Gymnastics Academy and showcasing her talent and dedication throughout the competition.

Congratulations to our class of 2026 graduate William Spriggs III on being awarded the prestigious KPMG Scholarship, valued at $30,000 per annum. This outstanding achievement reflects William’s hard work, dedication, and commitment to excellence as he prepares for the next stage of his academic and professional journey.

Congratulations to Warwick Academy graduate Hudson Ferris on being named the inaugural recipient of the Deloitte Bermuda John Johnston ‘Leadership with Integrity’ Scholarship.

Recognised for his academic achievement, leadership, initiative, and commitment to making a positive impact, Hudson will receive support of up to $30,000 as he begins his studies in Finance and Accounting at the University of Exeter this fall.
