Celebrating Excellence in Education!

We are proud to share that SCCS teacher Mrs. Nicole Vega was recognized by ADECOP with the “Apostolado Docente” distinction, an honor awarded to educators whose dedication, commitment, and passion leave a lasting impact on the lives of their students.

In these photos, we celebrate two special moments: Nicole receiving this meaningful recognition and the moment she was surprised with flowers during our End-of-Year Assembly, when the SCCS community announced that she had been selected for this honor.

Nicole exemplifies what it means to be an educator who inspires, guides, and empowers others. Through her unwavering commitment to learning and her genuine care for every student, she has helped shape not only academic growth, but also confidence, character, and a love of learning.

This recognition is a reflection of the countless lives she has touched, the relationships she has built, and the difference she continues to make every day in and beyond the classroom. While awards recognize achievement, the true measure of Nicole’s impact can be found in the students, colleagues, and families whose lives she has enriched throughout the years.

Congratulations, Nicole! Your SCCS family is incredibly proud of you and grateful for the heart, dedication, and excellence you bring to our community. Thank you for all that you do and for the lasting legacy you continue to build, one student at a time.

Our elementary students put their imagination and problem-solving skills to work as they designed and built their own paper airplanes.

A wonderful day of hands-on learning, creativity, and fun, where every activity helped develop both critical thinking and communication skills!

The " Sociedad de Evolución Empresarial Responsable (SEER)", through SEER Legacy, its chapter dedicated to the education and development of the next generation of leaders, held a special gathering at the facilities of its strategic partner, PIL Bolivia.

During the event, some of our Jaguar students participated in an engaging discussion where they shared experiences, insights, and perspectives about their academic and professional futures. This meaningful exchange fostered collaboration, strengthened connections, and encouraged the sharing of ideas, core values in nurturing a new generation of leaders committed to the responsible development of society.

Just before vacation, our students had the wonderful opportunity to spend time with a very special member of the SCCS family.

Mrs. Lotty Ascarrunz, who taught Elementary Spanish at SCCS for many years, returned to campus to share her beautiful book of poems, Recreo. Our students loved listening to her read from her work and learning some of the writing strategies that helped bring her poems to life.

It was an honor to welcome Mrs. Lotty back to SCCS and to see her inspire a new generation of readers and writers. Thank you!!!

Once a Jaguar, always a Jaguar.

What makes a school truly extraordinary?

Perhaps it's when its students graduate, pursue their dreams, build lives of their own and still find their way back home.

In this photo are 17 SCCS alumni. Together, they tell a story that goes beyond generations.

Some are still pursuing their university degrees, already giving back to the community that helped shape them. Some built successful careers in other fields and chose to return, bringing their experience, knowledge, and passion back to the place where their journey began. Some have dedicated much of their professional lives to SCCS, helping generations of students discover their own potential.

Among them are alumni who once sat in our classrooms and later watched their own children graduate from SCCS. Others are current SCCS parents, trusting this community with the education of the next generation of Jaguars.

Different paths. Different stories. One shared bond.

Years ago, they were students walking these hallways, learning from teachers who believed in them, forming lifelong friendships, discovering their strengths, and creating memories that would stay with them long after graduation.

Today, they are the teachers, counselors, specialists, assistants, administrators, and mentors who guide our students every day.

Their presence is one of the most powerful reflections of who we are as a school. Because when people choose to return not out of obligation, but out of gratitude, pride, and love it says something profound about the community that shaped them.

A great school prepares students for the future. An exceptional school inspires them to come back and help build it.

To our alumni who continue to leave their mark on SCCS: thank you for carrying our mission forward and for showing every student what it means to belong to something bigger than themselves.

Once a Jaguar, always a Jaguar!!
