IB1 Geography out in the field

After studying Oceans and Coastal Margins, our students headed to the beach to begin collecting data for their IB Internal Assessment — an important component worth up to 25% of their final grade.

A great opportunity to bring classroom learning into the real world through hands-on geographical investigation.

During Camp Catalyst, our Year 6 students took part in a variety of team-building challenges that pushed them to collaborate, think creatively, and step outside their comfort zones.

Through these activities, they developed leadership skills, strengthened communication, and supported one another in achieving shared goals—proving that the best learning often happens beyond the classroom.

Fun and growth all rolled into one! We’re excited to see them take on their camping experience tonight

Our Year 6 students travelled to Nassau today for an unforgettable outdoor camp experience.

Surrounded by nature, they developed valuable survival skills while building confidence, teamwork, and resilience. One of the standout moments was learning how to safely build and light a campfire—an experience that brought both excitement and a real sense of accomplishment.

Opportunities like this help our students grow beyond the classroom, fostering independence and a deeper appreciation for the world around them
