Good morning to you wherever you are. The question may be asked, "What is the condition of one whose hope is in God?", and the answer is this, "Happy is he that hath the God of Jacob for his help...Psalms 146 verse 5, and the prophet Jeremiah said in Jeremiah 17 verse 7 that " Blessed is the man that trusteth in the Lord, and whose hope the Lord is"

you have ever cleaned a table top in your kitchen where you may have had anything sweet or fragrant drip from a cooking utensil, you can relate to this.
Wherever the sweet or fragrant substance had dripped on the counter something specific and peculiar is going to happen, but first, picture the countertop as the earth we are living on right now. The specific and peculiar thing that always happen when such dripping happens is that Ants will soon gather to feed on whatever had dripped there. Then picture those Ants as us humans.
The drips on the counter, which is represents the earth, are the many allures that Satan makes available for us to chase after and be enticed by. Then consider yourself for a moment as the ultimate judge of the earth. You have appeared at the counter and you have a wet rag in your hand. You are there to wipe the counter clean of whatever drips have been there because you cannot allow the sticky fragrant substance to remain there any longer. But consider the Ants at this time. They see you raising your hand with the wet rag and what do they suddenly decide to do? They all decide to run, scatter in every direction, in order to avoid being wiped away and crushed by your powerful hand holding that wet rag.
Ask yourself, isn't that just how Judgment day is going to be?
sinners who have been hearing about God all their lives, will still find themselves enjoying the enticements of sin, whatever their desires have been, only to suddenly hear the most unusual sound pierce through the atmosphere and seize their attention, undoubtedly heralding the day of Judgment, and it is then and only then that they will realize the predicament they are in, because like those Ants on the wide open countertop, they will have nowhere to run and hide. For some, that's the only time they are going to suddenly believe that all the sermons they have been hearing over the years, rhe reality of a living God, the reality of a Judgment day, and everything connected to those realities were indeed true.
Have you ever wiped your kitchen countertop clean and kill many Ants in the process?
God, Jesus Christ, is coming soon. Don't get caught feasting on worldly pleasures and enticements like those Ants. There's a Heaven to gain and a hell to shun.

My prayer this morning is this, that the Lord will fill my enemies with mirth and joyfulness, to the extent that they will completely forget about hating me. At the same time I am asking God to help me to forgiving and to love them when I discover who they are, in Jesus's holy name, and I say Amen.

Yes, so there are three places or positions which the Holy Spirit can occupy in our lives...
Picture a Continuum. You have this straight horizontal line. It has a right end and a left end, and there is a middle between the two ends.
We as humans make determinations about where the Holy Spirit gets to operate from.
We either allow Him to guard our minds against the kinds of thoughts that gets to enter it, that's the left end or starting point on the Continuum, or we allow Him to operate from the middle of the Continuum, which places Him between the thoughts that enter our minds, and the subsequent actions those thoughts lead to, and the third and final place we can choose to allow the Holy Spirit to operate from, is down at the right end of the Continuum, which allows the Holy spirit to only bear record of the thoughts and subsequent actions that we engage in but unable to do anything about them so as to help us not to sin against God.
So, where have you been keeping the Holy spirit? Where have you been allowing Him to operate from?
Think about it, because there is really a space and time, between the thoughts entering your mind, and the time when you act upon the thoughts, and this is real and applicable to every single life situation that you can think of.
Check yourself before you wreck yourself, as they say in Jamaica.
