Today the National Training Agency's ILM Approved Centre held a Certificate Presentation for its 11th cohort of learners. This cohort consisted of officers from the Department of Immigration who have now successfully completed ILM Level II Certificate in Leadership and Team Skills. We wish them well in all their future endeavours.

✅ILM Nation Is On The Move! Cohort 11 of our ILM Level 2 Certificate in Leadership & Team Skills course led by our Assessor/Tutor Mr. Jaydian J. Miller is in its second week with 10 Learners representing the Bahamas Department of Immigration in New Providence, Grand Bahama and Abaco. They had an engaging session yesterday where they were able to discuss the importance of effective communication and planning, conduct self evaluations which revealed areas of opportunity to improve their productivity and performance as leaders and much more. We were also blessed to have our Coordinator Ms. Pamela Gomez and Internal Verifier Mrs. Christabel Saunders who leads our National Training Agency - Exuma office observe our full session.

Yesterday, the National Training Agency hosted an ILM Business Breakfast to meet with stakeholders from the Aiport, Airline and Allied Workers Union, Bahamas Law Enforcement Cooperative Credit Union, Bahamas National Alliance Trade Union Congress, Bahamas Hotel and Allied Workers Union, Bahamas Contractors Association, Bahamas Real Estate Association, Bahamas Communications & Public Officers Union, Bahamas Electrical Workers Union, Bahamas Financial Services Union and Elite Security Agency to introduce Leadership & Management training programs offered through our ILM Approved Centre.

Congratulations to our Institute of Leadership and Management Bahamas Cohort 8 Learner Shanta Knowles on being recommended to become the first Female Commissioner of Police in our nation’s history since earning your Level 3 Certificate in Leadership and Management during a special certificate ceremony last year at the National Training Agency. We are so proud and happy that doors are opening for you to make an even greater national impact in Jesus name🙏🏾. We wish you all the best!

Kudos to our ILM team headed by Miss Pamela Gomez, ILM Centre Coordinator that traveled to MSC Ocean Cay Marine Reserve to conduct leadership and management training. The in-person part of the training is now completed. The remaining training time will be done virtually.
