The Hilda Bowen Library has been moved to the Oakes Field Campus of the University of The Bahamas

The Hilda Bowen Library is the Nursing and Health Sciences library of the College/University of The Bahamas. The library is located at the Grosvenor Close Campus in downtown Nassau nearby the Princess Margaret Hospital.

Curbside pick up continues in 2022! Please search the Online catalogue to find books you need and the librarian will retrieve them for you and all you do is come in to Harry C. Moore Library to collect them. Regular borrowing rules still apply: 12 books maximum for 2 weeks with one renewal.

Library Services offered by Hilda Bowen Library will continue virtually and staff will be relocated to the Harry C. Moore Library at Oakes Field Campus during the time that the Grosvenor Close Campus is a temporary hospital ward. Nursing students can continue to contact HBL library staff through the University Libraries webpage, by email, WhatsApp, make appointments etc. We are continuing to serve and support you thoughout your UB studies.
