Let’s support our future "Art Mingoes" develop their creative genuis with art and literacy.
Lead by Carla Campbell Art over the the past 4weeks “at-risk” teens (academic , economic factors,including social anxiety and/or learning disorders like ADD/ADHD & high functioning autism) created artwork to express feelings, social commentary and literature.
The Charitable Arts Foundation has been the fuel behind this fire and passion to develop the arts in and through our youth.
Our literacy partner this year ; Author Candis Marshall The Non Adventure Adventures of Nothing Special encourage our art students to bring out their creative voices.
Mega Mergers Programs joined the fun with using the process of upcycling items to create art.
With support from Caribbean Center for Child Development this year we deepened our youth pre and post assesement processes.
Introduced our Creative Geniuses to Baha Mar Ms. Williamson, The Current Bahamar Mr. John Cox and their awe-inpsiring Artists: Matthew, Destiny & Christina that brought new light to the process of framing your creative voices.
Pizza Lab Baha Mar did not dissapoint as their appeities were eagered to be filled.
The Office of Disabilties and Compliance was a proud sponsor and has made this an annual community program within the Series to increase access, inclusion and opportunities for all learners in higher education opportunites.
