As part of our ongoing commitment to fostering a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment, an Anti-Bullying and Stress Management, with particular attention to the upcoming Mid-Term Examinations was conducted for all students by their respective class teachers.
The anti-bullying segment aimed to strengthen studentsโ understanding of the different forms of bullyingโphysical, verbal, social, and cyberbullyingโand their serious impact on a learnerโs emotional well-being, confidence, and academic performance. Students were guided on the importance of respectful communication, empathy, and responsible behaviour in both physical and digital spaces. They were encouraged to become active contributors in building a safe and supportive school environment where every student feels valued and protected.
In view of the approaching Mid-Term Examinations, students were also oriented on practical strategies for managing stress effectively. The session highlighted the importance of structured study plans, time management, adequate rest, balanced nutrition, and maintaining a positive and confident mindset. Teachers also reassured students that examinations are a normal part of learning and an opportunity to demonstrate understanding rather than a source of fear.
The session served as a timely reminder that academic success is closely linked with emotional well-being. When students feel safe, supported, and mentally prepared, they are better able to perform to their full potential.
The school remains committed to fostering not only academic excellence but also emotional resilience and positive character development among all learners.
Say NO to Bullying and YES to Respect, Responsibility, and Kindness.
