A selection process was conducted for Class 9 scouts to select participants for the 23rd Leadership Training scheduled from 1st to 21st July 2026 at the National Scouts Centre.

The selection was carried out in two rounds. In Round 1, scouts underwent a physical fitness test along with drill and command assessments to evaluate their discipline, stamina, and leadership potential. Based on their performance, shortlisted students were selected for Round 2.

In Round 2, the shortlisted scouts attended an interview conducted based on set criteria by BSA for the school level. The interview focused on leadership qualities, communication skills, scouting knowledge, confidence, and commitment towards scouting activities.

The selection process was conducted successfully, and the participants displayed enthusiasm, discipline, and eagerness to take part in the leadership training.

The Scout Den was successfully established using the second prize money earned from the National Day celebration March Past Competition 2025.
