Post graduate convocation before degree. I want to thank all the people and organizations(UNEP, RUB and CST) who helped me in each stage of this academic journey. And THANK YOU to my Supervisor, Tshewang Nidup. It was a great journey until the end! One more to attend and one more down to achieve.
