We are proud to announce Mr. Lerumo Mompoloki Mogobe as our second keynote speaker for The CRACKiT Story book launch scheduled for the 4th July 2026 at the University of Botswana Library Auditorium from 2pm to 6pm.

Mr. Mogobe is the founder of Lerumo Mogobe Legal Practitioners and Mogobe Incorporated. He has several other businesses in real estate, sanitation, liquor restaurants, consultancy, education & training. Mr. Mogobe has written his biography, Momp: Nuggets of Grit. His business conglomerate includes Mogobe Plaza in CBD, he has over 400 rental units and his networth was estimated at 600 million p**a in 2023.

VACANCY: ADMINISTRATION OFFICER-GABORONE and MOCHUDI

CRACKiT (PTY) Ltd is seeking a highly organized, professional, and results-driven Administration Officer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting daily operations, ensuring efficient administrative systems, and delivering excellent customer service.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

AAT (Association of Accounting Technicians) Qualification – mandatory

Diploma in Business Management – mandatory

At least 2 years’ experience in an administrative role (education sector experience will be an added advantage)

Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Computer literacy (MS Office, email, reporting systems)

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Not limited to:

Student registration and records management

Customer service and handling parent/student inquiries

Financial administration support (receipting, reconciliations, petty cash)

Requesting and managing teaching materials and office supplies

Supervising janitors and ensuring office cleanliness standards

Preparing reports for management

Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

Strong organizational and leadership skills
