One way we balance learning and play at Breakthrough Tutors is by giving learners short 10 minute outdoor breaks in between lessons and spelling activities.

We are looking for tutors who are:
• Qualified (Minimum: Diploma in Education or related field)
• Dedicated, disciplined, and professional
• Creative in lesson delivery
• Able to work with minimal supervision
• Confident in teaching reading and writing
• Passionate about helping slow or struggling learners improve
• Able to follow structured systems and timetables
• Strong in classroom management

📌 Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver all assigned subjects
• Implement phonics instruction (training will be provided)
• Follow the daily timetable strictly
• Complete daily teaching reports
• Maintain organised and productive classrooms
• Ensure all learners are actively engaged

🧍‍♀️ POSITION: RECEPTIONIST

We are looking for someone who is:
• Professional and well-spoken
• Organised and reliable
• Able to work independently
• Comfortable dealing with parents and handling communication
• Responsible for admin duties and record keeping

📌 Key Responsibilities:
• Answer calls and respond to enquiries
• Manage parent communication
• Handle payments and basic records
• Maintain organisation at the centre

• This is a structured working environment
• All staff are expected to maintain professionalism at all times
• Ability to follow systems and instructions is non-negotiable
