The first time they proudly put on their chef uniforms, they weren’t simply getting dressed for class💁🏿‍♂️..they were stepping into a dream, embracing a new identity and taking their first steps toward a future in the culinary world...

Before the kitchens, before the practicals, and before the dishes they will one day master🧏🏿‍♂️.... there was this moment filled with pride, excitement and possibility. Our Diploma Year 1 (one) class better known as the Ramsay's & Reubens brought that philosophy to life with an exceptional Chicken Coq au Vin💯😌🍛…. What started as ingredients and a recipe has transformed into a dish that showcased skill, creativity and attention to detail. This is a hearty dish, a nice winter warmer.

Every plate told a story of growth, confidence and passion🤞🏿…. Just a reminder that great chefs aren't born; they're made, one beautifully crafted dish at a time…..

After 2 years of learning, cooking and messing up, “being normal” still feels like one of life’s great mysteries😭🤞🏿

What should be a basic human ability 😂especially for students their age has somehow turned into their worst nightmare😭. They can obsess over every detail in the kitchen, but ask them to be normal? Suddenly they’re confronting forces beyond human understanding. 🤦🏾‍♂️😂 Our students prove daily that culinary is for the brave-hearted🤞🏿 One minute they’re frying, sautéing, plating, and battling recipes that test their patience... The next, they’ve transformed into vintage-inspired photoshoots that look like they belong in another era🙌🏾

This may not be your typical Whacky Wednesday content… but then again, it’s Friday, man. 😅🔥 Culinary students are never just culinary students 😌🤞🏿they’re chefs, artists, entertainers and sometimes even accidental models😂😂
