Through the Maranyane Bokamoso Programme, Amen had the opportunity to job shadow professionals in Botswana’s world-class diamond industry an experience that deepened her passion for engineering and opened her eyes to the challenges and rewards of working in the mining sector.

“This programme helped me see my dream more clearly and gave me a support system of ambitious girls who continue to inspire me.”

She’s now ready to explore diverse career paths in mechanical, electrical, and computer engineering and thrive in the dynamic, innovative world of STEM.
