As Term 2 begins, our focus remains on building strong foundations—one simple activity at a time.
Before children can write letters… they first learn to recognise and create shapes.
In this guided flour tray activity, children use shape cutters to form clear outlines—helping them understand shape, structure, and repetition in a hands-on way.
This experience supports:
• Shape recognition
