Fantastic opportunity to wet your whistle in culinary herbalism! It’s the season to get outside, learn and connect with like minded folks🌱

We will be learning how to forage for and use medicinal plants to make special treats, beverages, in every day meals, and preservations. We will make custom infused vinegars with participants to take home, make an oxymel, taste many special beverages and have lunch.

You will leave with exciting ideas for this summer and fall, and knowledge around preserving plants for winter use.

Before yoga classes, emails, and the busyness of the week, there is this: fabric beneath my hands, birds outside the window, and the simple joy of creating.

How are you easing into the week?

This week left me smiling.

Our Seniors Yoga class at BOLD Center on Tuesday was the biggest one yet, and seeing the room filled with movement, conversation, laughter, and connection was such a gift. Watching this community continue to grow week after week is incredibly meaningful.

Yoga has never been about perfection. It’s about meeting ourselves where we are, exactly as we are. Every time we unroll our mat, we bring a different version of ourselves to practice. Some days feel easy, some feel hard, and most fall somewhere in between.

The beauty isn’t in having a perfect practice. The beauty is in choosing to return—to keep showing up for ourselves, again and again.

Thank you to everyone who shared their time, energy, and presence with me this week. Your willingness to try, learn, laugh, wobble, and grow together is what makes this community so special.

I appreciate every moment—every conversation before class, every shared laugh, every challenge embraced, and every person who chooses to walk through the door and practice. It is a privilege to be part of this journey with you.
