Phoenix is a non-profit, private, non-denominational, publicly accredited Alberta school located in Calgary that specializes in "blended" education - that is, education that utilizes a combination of online learning, small group classes, field-trips and more. We offer 3 program choices to families - Kindergarten, School-Directed and Home Education 1-12.

We are using this book as a basis for our third theme this year… The theme is called first peoples… And it’s all about the first people who created art, the first people who created music, the first people who created the wheel… All kinds of first!

Started in 2004, we offer a unique Blended delivery model. It is Teacher-Directed, customized and affordable. Fees for Grades 1-6 (~$450), Grades 7-9 (~$2,000), Mild/ Moderate (~$2,000) Plus you get a transportation grant of $420-720 dollars in January to help offset costs.
