📣🔨 D42 Spring 2015 Lethbridge 🔨📣
🌟 Top Gavel 🌟

Throwback to the District 42 Spring 2015 Conference in Lethbridge — where the theme “Top Gavel” called every Toastmaster to lead with confidence and purpose. 💪✨

Guided by District Governor Doris Henn, the conference was filled with energy, growth and a commitment to excellence in communication and leadership. 🌱📣🤝

Attendees were inspired by keynote speakers:
🎤 Freddi Dogterom - “If I Were Brave”
🎤 Bob Hooey - “Top Gavel Leadership!”
Both delivered powerful messages that challenged us to step forward, take risks and lead boldly. 🔥🌟

The stage showcased incredible talent during the
🏆 International Speech Contest
🏆 Evaluation Contest
highlighting the art of storytelling and the impact of meaningful feedback. 🎤❤️📈

Celebrating 90 years of Toastmasters, the printed program was packed with timeless tips for success:
📌 Practice makes permanent
📌 Share a startling fact
📌 Trust your audience
📌 Give them an immediate action item

A conference that reminded us that leadership isn’t about the title - it’s about taking the gavel and making an impact. 🔨🌟🚀
