We’re Hiring! G.R.I.T. Calgary Society is looking for passionate individuals to join our team! Multiple positions available! ✨️

Occupational Therapist (Part-time, 20 hrs/week, Sept 2026–June 2027)

Work directly with preschool-aged children to provide assessment, intervention, and consultation across home, school, and community settings.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- Minimum 4 years pediatric experience
- Current ACOT registration
- ‎Strong communication skills
- Reliable personal vehicle & valid driver’s license
- ‎Clear criminal record check

Child Development Specialists (Full-time & Part-time, starting August 25, 2026, placements in NW & NE Calgary)

Provide 1:1, play-based early learning experiences to support children’s development in everyday routines while working closely with families and a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications:
- Diploma in Rehabilitation Services, ECD, or related field
- Minimum 1 year experience supporting children with disabilities 
- First Aid/CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle for child transport (if applicable) & clear criminal record check

The money raised from this fundraiser will go a long way in allowing us to provide the best programs possible for children with disabilities and their families! THANK YOU!
