—Where in the Bible is the Hail Mary prayer?
Portions of the Hail Mary prayer are found in the Bible, specifically in the Gospel of Luke. The initial greeting, "Hail, full of grace, the Lord is with you," is spoken by the angel Gabriel to Mary and is found in the Gospel of Luke (1:28). Elizabeth also exclaims, "Blessed are you among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb" when Mary visits her (Luke 1:42).

Weekly Health Tip from Dr. Rawlek:
Likely a key strategy to help protect against age-related cognitive decline is to target challenges at the hippocampus, specifically at the part of the brain central to storing mental maps of the world around us. This area is believed to be one of the first regions affected in Alzheimer's disease, often years before symptoms appear. Beyond navigation, the hippocampus also plays a central role in memory, learning and well-being. Evidence supporting this? People who regularly use spatial navigation skills, such as experienced taxi drivers, have a much larger and healthier hippocampus. So, this summer, the doctor's prescription is to give your brain a workout twice weekly navigating only using landmarks, recalling routes, and getting from A to B only with your memory. If you don’t use it, you will lose it!
