Did you know that you can apply for the Canada-Alberta Productivity Grant to secure funding for your team?
The CAPG is an employer-driven program meant to partially reimburse the cost for an employer to send their employee(s) for training.
Employers apply on behalf of their employees and invest in training, like PHBI courses, that enhance productivity and workforce competitiveness.

PHBI is excited to bring you a brand new course!
Rather than focusing on minimum compliance, this course explores how Section 9.36 operates as a system. You will examine:
• Effective insulation strategies
• Continuous insulation
• Air tightness
• Service water heating requirements
• Prescriptive and performance-based approaches
• Simple trade-offs.
You will also review common misinterpretations and unintended consequences that can arise when energy measures are poorly integrated.
