“Braiding Sweetgrass is an achingly beautiful book of short, accessible essays that are full of Indigenous wisdom, heart, grace, and love. I continue to gift it and recommend it to everyone I know!"

- Dr. Michelle Scott Paul

June is National Indigenous History Month and our Associate Dean of Indigenous Education, Dr. Michelle Scott Paul has put together some book recommendations for our nursing community.

The first of these is Braiding Sweetgrass: Indigenous Wisdom, Scientific Knowledge, and the Teachings of Plants by Robin Wall Kimmerer.
