Canada Cup Robotics 2026 – Day 2 Update

Day 2 at the Canada Cup Robotics Competition in Niagara was another exciting and action-packed day for the STEMOTICS Block Party team!

Our students successfully completed all three robot game rounds, demonstrating outstanding teamwork, problem-solving, and engineering skills throughout the competition.

In addition to their robot runs, the team worked closely with their alliance partners, collaborating on strategy and supporting one another in a true spirit of gracious professionalism.

It was inspiring to watch young innovators from around the world come together to share ideas, learn from one another, and celebrate their passion for STEM.

One of the highlights of the event was exploring the Innovation Projects presented by teams from different countries.

Students showcased creative solutions to real-world challenges, demonstrating how science, technology, engineering, and mathematics can make a positive impact on our communities and the world.

As a team that began its journey through the FIRST LEGO League (FLL) program, it was wonderful to see how FLL continues to inspire the next generation of innovators, engineers, and leaders. FLL combines robotics, coding, research, and teamwork, encouraging students to develop both technical and life skills while solving meaningful global challenges.
